I finally found out how to buy knives with out getting strange (and sometimes not so nice) looks from my wife. I buy them from Mike at New Graham Pharmacy. I just tell the wife I am ordering some Band-Aids®. Sure enough, in a few days UPS shows up with a knife, and my little "surprise". So, you see, I didn't even lie. I did order Band Aids®. Expensive Band Aids®. 
Of course, the emailed tracking number, low shipping, low prices, and great service help too. And if you have not ordered from them, the thing above may not make much sense. Go ahead and order up anything you want. Tell your wife you are expecting some "Band Aids® from a pharmacy". You won't be lying!
