Good combination there, just received, well I better not count the number
of times things have come in from them, my wife does watch the rows of
bandaids grow on the fridge

But just arrived is the CPM D2 Spyderco Military, very nice knife
excellent service from the gang at the drug store!

In fact I was going to cancel this order the same day as I had trouble
with my car and it needed to be towed in, MaryBeth said to check my
insurance as they may cover the towing, and sure enough they did!
so I let the knife keep on coming in

MN, I received an email confirming my order, the next day I received a Quantuam
with a link to the UPS tracking, from VA to PA it only took a couple of days for it
to arrive.

Ok thx. I got the confirmation yesterday but have yet to receive a UPS confirmation. Just wondered since this is my first time doing business with New Graham. But with all the reviews on this forum I believe I'm in good hands. Thanks!
EDIT: about 5 min after posting this I got an e-mail from UPS Quantum confirming my package from New Graham to be delivered on Friday. Way to go New Graham =)

Gary, that is a funny story. Now MaryBeth is becoming an insurance advisor so that our customers will continue to order knives. I personally like it!
Mech...in-stock orders placed after 2PM usually don't ship until the following business day. UPS generates and sends the tracking numbers and that does not happen until they pick-up at the store....usually 5-6PM Eastern.
Therefore the delay between our confirmation and the UPS generated tracking number confirmation.

Hi Michael, thanks for the info. The timeframe during which I received the confirmation from New Graham and the time I received the UPS confirmation fits what you've just said.
Btw, I really like how your website shows how many knives of a certain product you actually HAVE in stock. Makes me feel so much more secure about ordering from you guys. Thanks again for the fast and great service; if all goes well, you've very well just earned yourself another loyal customer!

New Graham represents in my opinion the finest of what a online knife dealer should be ..they are by far the best in the industry. For those of you that are new to online commerce. I highly reccommend NGK as your first experience .
