Good New Graham Knives. Excellent experience.

I was in search of a specific knife and after looking at our Supporting Dealer Member List, New Graham Knives had in stock the exact model I wanted. As this was my first purchase through them, I also did a history search on them and read through the current reviews prior to placing my order late last Friday.

Monday morning New Graham Knives phoned me to confirm one small detail they noticed on the knife prior to packing it up for shipping. Even though it was a very minor issue (in my mind), they still wanted me to know about it before sending it out, and giving me a chance to decline the purchase if I chose to (I did not decline).

Within 45 hours the package was safely in my hands, securely packed and in pristine condition.

Being a first time customer to New Graham Knives I was more than satisfied with the entire process, start to finish. The additional personal communication exceeded my expectation, as this is a special gift for a very special daughter and I wanted it to be a great example of the model, which it is.

Looks like They have a knife I'm looking for and have been wanting someone that will look a knife over before shipping. It keeps the back and forth shipping for defects at bay. Thanks for the info,

Being a small brick and mortar shop, we try to treat on-line customers as if they were here in the store. Always glad to check an item before shipping - just note on the order of call.

I called New Graham and talked to Steve and he said sure I'll look it over and two days later the knife is at my door and in perfect condition. Thanks so much and I'll definitely be purchasing more knives from New Graham knives.
