I ordered a new Izula from new graham on the 12th of this month and recieved the knife on the 14th, they also sent me e-mail confirmation of my order and ship date. While the shipping time is incredible one thing they did really impressed me, my total with shipping was $53, $45 for knife and $8.99 for S&H, but when I opened my package, the credit card reciept showed where they refunded my credit card the difference between the $8.99 S&H charge and the actual $3.95 USPS charge! There was also a small handwritten thank you on the reciept.
This act speaks volumes to me of the character of the business and its employees, they could have pocketed the difference and chocked it up to handling charges as most businesses do, but they didnt. So not only did they have a very reasonable price on the knife, but the shipping time and honesty/integrity of the employees made me a very happy customer.
BTW: I am very pleased with the Izula and believe it is a terrific bargain considering I paid less than $48 shipped to my door, the band-aids are a nice touch as well.
