After reading a few good recommendations on New Graham Knives, I decided to order an Al Mar SERE Operator. Their site quickly indicates if the item is in stock and how many they have. Order confirmation and receipt promptly sent as well a link to set up a personal account for future ordering and shipping tracking.

This is the way it should be. I realize the knife is not in hand, but they're off to a good start.

This is one of the many benefits of BF.

I'm looking forward to it. I have been critical of some of the other knife dealers that I have dealt with recently including one that continues to sell online with a low satisfaction rate. When an outfit demonstrates efficient customer service, I like to let everyone know.
