This past wednesday I placed my second order ever from New Graham Knives. The order was a few last minute christmas presents. it wasnt a large order by any means.

I recieveds a message today saying they wanted to talk to me about my order. I called them back and was told by a very polite gentleman that they were concerned that my order may not reach me by christmas and had Upgraded My Shipping Free Of Charge:eek::):eek:

To top it off He Appologized For Bothering Me About it. :eek::eek:

I Probably order a knife or two every month, And from now on the lion share of my buisiness will be through New Graham Knives. This kind of service is phenominal and much appreciated.

I ordered a Spyderco Military and got it the second day with standard shipping.I think that is the fatest I've ever got anything.

I lost one of the pocket clip screws for one of my benchmade folders and sent an e-mail to them asking how I would get a replacement. I also mentioned I needed a new torx head bits for my blue box set as I had twisted one of them off. About a week later(4 or 5 days) I got 3 new screws and a torx bit FREE OF CHARGE. THANKS BENCHMADE!
 
New Graham are as good a company as I have dealt with. Next time I need something production knife related, that's where I will be shopping.

RKH, we are here now, and will be here until 6PM Christmas EVE (yea, folks working here say I am Scrooge reincarnate).
UPS will not be picking up on Monday tho.....

I ordered some Byrd knives from New Graham and they got to me way faster than I had anticipated. I was really happy with the fact my order pretty much shipped out the same day I placed it, and the speed of their shipping.:thumbup:
