Thanks to Tom (NGK-Webmaster) and New Graham Knives, I received two knives on Christmas Eve, even though I ordered close to or past the deadline for overnight shipping on 23 December.

The knives were excellent, the packaging was careful, and New Graham Knives was accomodating in every respect to my questions and requests.

What a way to end 2003!

Great people.I just ordered a Calypso jr from them and talked to Mary Beth.I have got to say that she was the most freindly person I have ever spoken to while ordering over the phone.They need to give her a raise.
