New Graham Knives Sets the Standard

So I call up Mike again and order another knife. While I'm still on the phone he pulls the knife from stock, checks it out, to make sure it's OK, then boxes it up, and ships it that day. I received it on time in perfect condition. That is how it's done.

NGK set the standard some time ago and, as far as I can see, haven't dropped the ball since.

If NGK carries it, that's where I buy. I don't even bother to shop around. I know that I'll get great service at a more than competitive price, so why bother?
