Another good on ya guys/gals from New Graham, just got home from two weeks out and a package was waiting for me with the new Benchmade Mini Presidio, cool knife, very grippy handle like it's bigger brother but a handier size.

I think my wife is starting to wise up, there is a line of Bandaid magnetic packages along the side of our fridge, hmmmm looks suspicous :)

New Graham Pharmacy is one of those rare places where you can tell that the staff enjoy what they are doing. Mike, Mary Beth, and all the folks there are always pleasant to visit with and their customer service ethic is a model of integrity.

I don't think that you can enough good things about New Graham, they are great.

I've learned its best to give away those bandaid dispensers to friends, family or strangers it keeps the suspicion down.well I did keep a couple in my knife drawer. :)

I will have to start employing this tactic, because there's no way that I could stop ordering from NGK.
 
Thanks for the good words folks....I appreciate your continued support.
As for the bandages....I've had one fellow ask we stop including them in his orders....he says it was bad karma for him....seemed he always cut himself with a new knife if we included the bandages. Never thought it would raise suspicions of the significant others....hmmm
 
I've given away several of those band-aid dispensers to my grandchildren, to reduce the suspicion of how may times I've bought knives and other stuff from New Graham, too...yet, there are still maybe 4 or 5 of them on the 'fridge... :D :D
 
I don't mind having one of those band-aid dispensers on my fridge. ;) Looks like I know where to go to order my next knife from. :thumbup:

I can think of one minor way that the NGK website could be improved:

It would help if there was an option to be remembered as a returning customer.

This would have saved me typing my details about thirty times!!

In the works....$30,000.00 worth of hardware and software at store now. Webmaster working tirelessly (yea, right...he got a new streetbike) to integrate current website pics and diadactic to new system and server. Should be up next month....then, I rekon we will be 21st century :D (or off line :eek: )
I've always got reservations about fixing something that's not broken.
