Just recieved my Benchmade 921 from NGK and I couldn't be happier with either the knife or the service I was shown.
They offered to keep one aside for me untill I got my paycheck. Mike was courteous and professional on the phone and has a good sense of humor. I was given a tracking number for UPS and was able to watch the knife's every move across the country.
I had one of those moments where I wished the knife was in my hand so I could open the package it was in....although that is impossible and I had plenty of other knives around, you know how it is.
I think this one is a true every day carry along with my SOG Powerlock, I am very pleased.
