New Graham Pharmacy rules!

I had a fever and the only prescription that would work was Spyderco. I placed a pre-order with New Graham Pharmacy a while and switched email addresses in the months afterwards. The folks there sent me an email to my old address and I didn't respond. I called up all flustered saying "I see this item on your site and I pre-ordered, but got no email. What's going on?" Well, instead of giving me a deserved backhand, Annie at New Graham said they sent me the email and I didn't respond to it (at which point I released the error I made and mumbled in shame). Later that evening, Mary Beth sent me an email informing another batch of knives was coming and to just place my order. I was out of line on two counts and the folks at New Graham still treated me like royalty (instead of a royal pain) and the knife is now at its new home.
