Just received my BM31 the other day from New Graham. First time ordering from there and I have to say they are a very good dealer. I used USPS ground instead of UPS and Mike was able to get it to me within 3 days. I'm very pleased with their service. Keep up the good work Mike!

Got my Impala today, pretty damn good considering I ordered it Friday.

I think the band-aid holder is too cool!

It's nice to see a dealer who is willing to use USPS as an alternative.

I have an order enroute from a dealer in Michigan, and it's scheduled delivery date is 8 days from when it was shipped, via UPS.

I think that is rediculous, especially since I recieved some knives in a trade today, sent USPS Priority on Friday, from Ohio. The guy I traded with also recieved my package today.

Hard to beat USPS's priority shipping, IMHO, especially for the price!

Thanks guys, I'll relay to Mary Beth your compliment, she does a good job, she's starting to know the knives better then me, Mike knows them best though he's a wealth of information. We are lucky the USPS is on the same block as New Graham and is only maybe a 2 min walk out the door, UPS picks up and delivers to the store and is more convenient when there are allot of packages to go out but Mike tries to accommodate the customers so USPS is no problem either.
