Hard to beleive a knife is sold in little ole Bluefield, Virginia and goes all the way to France, what a small world the internet has made.
 
Have to agree, excellent service and fast shipping. Plus they usually have what my distributor dosen't. Prices not that far off of distributor price.:)
 
Thumbs to New Graham. Answered all my emails quickly. They went out of their way to send my knife by usps instead of ups becuase ups charges extra money for sending it up to Canada.

You sent me there and you were right.
Frogs are yummy. You must choose rather small ones, not the huge megafrog legs from the supermarket. Fried, with garlic and shallot ... the delice!
 
I tried frog legs one time, reminded me of chicken they had them fixed like little chicken legs all fried up. Biggest problem I had with them was you would have to eat like 40 of them to get a meal, little skinny bastids.
