I know this has been mentioned quite a few times on here , but I just want to say how good New Graham is . I ordered a knife an it was my mistake for not reading the description better and it wasnt the knife I thought it was . So I sent it back . Mary Beth was very nice an quick to get back with me . I just think that nowadays it should be mentioned whenever you have these positive dealings with companies . Thanks again New graham . :)
 
They are great very good cust. service. They are the only ones I really deal with and quick service usally ship same day..:thumbup:
 
Mary Beth does a great work & she's got a lot of patience... trust me! :)
By the way, there are many shops that must learn how to treat their potential customers (even if they are on the other side of the world) :barf:
I'm not going to give names, it's just not my style... but I hope they will change
 
NGK is my favorite knife buying site too. I only buy elsewhere when NGK does not have the knife I want. I get first class service there everytime.
 
I have ordered many times from New Graham. A great company to deal with. Once I had a problem with a knife and they replaced it with no problems whatsoever.

I am going to throw in another thumbs up for New graham. I ordered via there website, which was easy to navigate. My order was shipped quickly and arrived quicker than expected. Tracking info was provided which is a major bonus.

I think that most important is not the fact that Mary Beth is the best in terms of dealing with customer and orders, but that other internet dealers had to start working same way - she defenetely influences this industry a lot.

Few years ago not everybody wellcome USPS, I was yeld at over a phone once when I ask to ship my MOD Mark II over USPS and was threatened to cancel order by one well known dealer - I am not buying from him any more no matter what. But now USPS shipping not a problem by most dealers.

I don't recall ever reading anything negative about NGK on ANY of the knife-like forums. I have ordered many times from them and they are always a treat to deal with and I can bet the pot that it'll be at my doorstep 2 days later.
 
Y'know what I just remembered, I have ordered from NGK. I remember calling a pharmacy to order a knife, a pharmacy in VA, and they had a Cold Steel Culloden I was looking for at the time. Real nice guy, put up with me asking for the correct item number etc. Shipped it out in a jiff. Mike, sorry for forgetting the sale, you guys took care of me, and I should have remembered the service rendered. Thanks again.
