New Graham

Ordered from New Graham for the first time last week and placed another order this week as well. They have a great website, great prices, and a decent selection. My orders were processed and shipped same day. I know most of you already know this but I thought I'd share. Plus, if you call in an order, you can speak to one of the ladies with the sweet southern accent. How can you beat that?????

Their prices are good! They email you with a confirmation of your order right away. It's easy to track your orders, too. So far, a solid :thumbup:. Supposed to receive my first knife in two days.
Their communication is good, and they are nice folks.

If you ever get the chance to go to the store.... go. It is like a big man style candy shop where all the flavors are pointy, sharp and delicious. The service and the ladies are even more lovely in person.

booda, I just spoke with Annie. She has replied twice to your emails...first that we would order the Kitchen knife you requested. Second was to explain why you can't choose UPS as a delivery option if using an APO address.
You must choose "best way ground" and we will ship it correctly.
I see you have has some problems in the past with customs. Be aware we are not responsible for customs problems.
