Since I send my blades out to Paul Bos for heat treat I need to do several at a time for cost reasons . These are now ready for the drill press and grinding . Just thought I would share this YEARS project .

All are ATS-34 and 6 are an order . I guess I will be busy . Sure hope it warms up soon .
 
I've got to get a heat treat oven . Sure would be nice to play in different stages of the process . Like , profile 5 , grind 2 or 3 . Heat treat and work on a couple more while the oven is doing it's work and of course changing your mind on the finished project as it all goes along .

Your on to something there. It helps the flow of production, is you can alter the stages you are working in and move about from one to the other.

I think you make better use of the time you have this way.

Thanks Fred , I almost have the wife convinced but first I need to cut the lawn ( funny how grass grows in the winter here ) and then cut down those damn black berries and a few other honey dues and then she will be happy and I can spend some money .

Off course , this is all based on the premise that I do not have to fight off Will's monkey's :D
