NEW GUY - But some of you know me already.

Cool. I really dig your videos. Any chance of gun or gear vids?

I have several guns, but I'm not "passionate" about them. For some reason I am truely obsessed with knives - so that's what I do vids on.

As for gear, that might happen someday. I already have a couple gear vids - my EDC is really an emergency preparedness bag. People keep asking me about the gear I used on my Appalachian trail hike. So . . . maybe a little gear. But knives will always be 95% of my vids.

Saw your 1st "come back" vid Bluntruth. Great to see you back man. I'm a subscriber too.

I'm not technically new to bladeforums. I have another account that I use to ask manufacturers (and sometimes gurus) questions. Don't ask what account - I won't tell.

i believe as it has been pointed out above, that it is against BF rules.

If you're one of the few who enjoys my YouTube vids - I'm glad you like them (or at least some of them). I work hard at it. Anyone who does vids regular will tell you that it's not all that easy. I don't just do table-tops (and NEVER unboxings), I test the tools on camera for all to see. It's not scientific, but it's better than hearing someone tell you "This is the greatest knife in the world - I bought it yesterday and I can't wait to cut something with it". LOL

I encourage others to do on-camera knife usage and sub to the good ones. I sub to Someth'nSpecial (TNP) because he used to do some testing and usage footage - it's been a while, though. His head is getting to big for the knives to fit in the viewfinder.

I'm having trouble finding a place to film right now. I may start doing everything out in the woods. There are plenty of woods where I live. I have plenty of good knives to review in my toolbox (I don't have a collection of knives anymore than I have a collection of screwdrivers - and I do keep them in a toolbox, ha-ha). I find it much more fun to cut with a knife than to fondle it.

Be checking in here from time to time.

Happy Cutting!!!!!!

Dude your shelter building and wood cutting videos are awesome. I purchased an Izula and Bravo 1 just based off watching those alone.

Hi Blunt,

I subscribe to your YouTube channel and really enjoy your knife reviews. It is good to see you here under your YT name.

I really don't see the problem.

He is plainly not here to cause trouble. If you are truly bothered by the preservation of a reviewer's privacy, perhaps you should just place him on ignore.

Can we just get a mod to give the yay or nay on his two accounts and be done with it? :P

Good to have you here, Blunt.

I subscribe to quite a few YT Accounts, TNP is one, and some others that do not see eye to eye with him. No biggie. I don't partake in the whole drama anyway. I just appreciate the info I get. Please do not come over and start badmouthing TNP or anyone else though. Its petty and unessessary.

Hey Blunt, I have watched your videos and I've liked them a lot. I agree with the actual usage and I rather see it in the use than listening for completely useless and biased talk for 30mins like some reviewers do (ahem).

Keep on the good stuff!

He does tabletops and takes the knives out for evaluation in use. If you don't like the videos, do not watch them. But don't let you drama from other forums spill into this one.

I watch all of "their" videos and try to bring something home from each of them. Lately, I try to steer away from Politics & Egos = trouble! :)

Yes I do like your videos, and doing some humble ones myself, I know it's not easy. I think I've gotten better over time but it's not evident to be interesting when talking about a piece of metal. You (and a handful of others) do that pretty well!

IMHO two accounts, even w/o stirring up trouble and trolling is unfair and unnecessary.
+1 on mnyshrpknvs post, criticism of the review methods is fine, but general dissing like that doesn't server any constructive purpose here.

maybe you should make the rules for BF...........

I didn't mean to disrespect TNP. You are obviously one of his "followers" or you wouldn't be so hurt by my simple comment that he is getting a big head. He does good work and I do sub to him (and I don't sub to just anyone).

I will refrain from making derogatory remarks (even in jest for humor) in the future - at least in this forum.

I sincerely apologize for insulting the great TNP. (And you, if I just did.)

keep up the good work, I like your vids

just don't start making 45 minute vids about nothing, or do useless "duracoat projects" and you're a winner in my book

Again, as stated earlier, please do not dis others from other forums here. Its obvious who you are talking about. If you are going to troll, you are not welcome here. READ the rules.
