New Guy Intro and BK2 Love Affair Story

Hey Cryptyc.....

I meant to mention I think those bark and sap scars IMPROVE the looks on that blade....LOL.....

Ethan

Gizler00,
Thank you very much. I can tell you without a doubt, that a stippled Glock is world's better in-the-hand than a non-stippled Glock.

gmoneyluv,
I really appreciate that. It takes a pretty long time to do since I like fine stippling. About 45minutes per scale.

22-rimfire,
Thank you.

woody-allen,
Very nicely done sir. You did the fine stippling as well. I think it not only looks better but also feels better in the hand. It's almost like sandpaper.

NathanJ,
Thank you for the kind words and invite.

Mr. Becker,
Thank you again for the compliments, and no worries I'll be sticking around.

Ok last stippling example. This is my wife's M&P that I did (just incase others weren't Glock fans). The backstrap has an aggressive texture, the front a medium, and the sides a very fine texture:

Mr. Becker,
I absolutely agree. I love how the blade looks now that it is abused a bit. It'll be hunting and camping with me a lot this fall winter so it'll scar up nicely :).

Hey Woody.....

That's interesting...... I would like a feel of those grips but, I suspect that you will not be with us this weekend.....LOL......Oh well, maybe the spring get together ? ........ Thanks for the post and brain tickle....

Ethan

Unfortunately,a 'few' miles separate us :) It will be great pleasure for me to share a few days with you guys ,but, not possible now. I really hope some day I will make it somehow.
About stippling on that BK-2 , well,it's just enough for really great grip, wet or cold. In my opinion,no need for stippling whole area. And it's kinda nice feeling in the hand, combination of rough and smooth finnish.
Btw, Mr.Ethan, you really DO know a few things about the knifes :) I recomend it to everyone I know here in Croatia. My hat down to you.

@ Cryptyc
apsolutly gorgeous work on that S&W ,well done sir.
