Collect whatever strikes your fancy and is in your price range. Remington yellows are out there. I have recently picked up a few of the new Remington green over yellow handle carbon steel pocket knives (barlow, stockman, etc.) and am quite impressed. They're under $20 each and quite beautiful and useful.
