So....
I I take off from my dorm room with my new Barnett RX-150 stuffed in my giant laundry bag
I didn't have a case

I ride my bike through Isla Vista to the UCSB Rec Center
They had 2 giant hay bales set up for the archery classes at the back of the soccer field
I figured it was a perfect way to practice crossbow shootin'

I didn't have a target, but I decided to take a shot anyways
I stepped back about 40 yards at let her loose
It landed 25 yards in front of the hay bale :mad:
I didn't realize you had to point it THAT much towards the sky:confused:
I take another shot
It lands about 2 yards in front of the hay bale
I take the next shot
BULLSEYE!!!
I took another shot and it hit the haystack again
I was happy
"I think i got the trajectory thing all figured out", I thought
I walk to the hay bale to retrieve my bolts
I can't find them!!!
They are buried in the haybale somewhere :mad::eek:
I looked for 30 minutes for my 2 bolts
I finally left all pi$$ed off
"It's like finding a bolt in a hay bale..."

I haven't shot it since
I still have the one remaining bolt however.........

What is this Ramanon I keep hearing about? It sounds like something I might need to check out...
