Buy your wife (or yourself) a set of the Becker Kitchen Knives and until you learn to control some of the more unnatural urges, stay away from Ethan.
 
There is something bada$$ about each one (even if at first you think a model looks simalar to another). Then after an hour of starring at it in amazement you'll see a trait in it that tells you " I need this knife, my other blade doesn't have that". Then it just snowballs ! I love seeing pics of Becker collections where you see all the blades together side by side. As a newbe member of the forum myself welcome.
