I got this bare blade from Yangdu couple of weeks ago....

18'' 3/8'' 31 ounce Villager Ang Khola by Get (changa) Kami. Project Knife

Hickory, leather, hammered mild steel, and HI goodness. :)

That is an awesome job! I can't wait until I have the facilities to try a few re-handles of my own. :)
 
I GOTTA stop watching old Smokey and the Bandit movies....I swear I thought the OP would be something like "Breaker, Breaker, OLD LEATHER N' HICKORY on the come-back."

And Andrew seemed like such a fine name. :)
