New hats

Basically, I look pretty funny (a bit dumb) in a cap, just like without one, so I’d pick the gray one too.

I’d actually get a cap as well.

But I’d look extremely funny wearing it.

All in all, a gray cap is cool.

Hey gang!

I feel like we need to order some new hats. Personally I like the dark gray ones better but I wanted to know if anybody had any preferences or requests. Open for comment. Happy Saturday!

That’s so romantic of you choosing to match Nathan’s hair color on the hats. 🤣

I like the feedback above requesting availability of 2X or 3X sizes.

Thanks!

Phil

Personally, I’d think a mix of lighter (tan/khaki), and dark gray would be good.

I have dark (black, actually) caps that aren’t for sunny use. They’re those waterproof-breathable ones specifically for me to pair with a hooded raincoat to keep the rain off my face/out of my eyes.

Black/dark hats bake my noodle in hot, sunny weather. For sunny use, I’d order one in a lighter color. Adjustable. Don’t know enough about caps to know brands/types.

More of the light khaki/stone color hats please!
It is nice to have choices. :)

Yeah a light and dark option would be good. I have the dark gray one, and would prolly get a lighter one for hot sunny days.

Preface: I'm not posting this to sway CPK on what kind of hats to order. I dont expect any one to agree with me or to make decisions based on my preferences. Just talking for the sake of talking I suppose.

I only wear flexfit as well. However, I'll buy a cpk hat even if it's a trucker cap just to support the cause.
I'm just too particular on my hats. Momma says I came home from the hospital with a hat (one of them train conductor looking baby hats), and had one on since. I'll go with out a knife on me before a hat.

I'm not against a mesh back, and have even seen they are making some now with flexfit. I've not yet tried one, though I am curious. Although they usually seem to be structured.

All my stretch fit hats have failing elastic.

Been wearing them since before I was married and my 23 year anniversary is coming up in april. The elastic failing has never been why I've had to retire mine lol. Not trying to argue that you are wrong, by any means, just discussing my experience.

I've had trouble finding actual non structured flex fits, but light structuring isnt bad. I wont wear a stiff/hard structured one.

Mine are not name brand FlexFit and that might be the problem. That flex band looks very durable in that picture.
