BM 940-2?

Your collection seems stout to me. But it's lacks a "gentlemens folder"? Unless you see no need for this type of thing.

Aquaholicc, good call. A gentlemens folder that still has some badass would be a good next one.

Thanks Marcus, I've been at it for a little bit. I wanted to get what I liked without any influence before I got on any forums. I'm at a point now that I'm ready to see what people who really are in the know suggest.

For gentleman's "tactical", I would recommend a Mnandi, a Fallkniven GP in green Micarta, or anything from William Henry.

BTW, awesome collection; you have good taste :)

If you had to pick a favorite out of the lot, which would it be?

(BTW, your pick reminds me of the Hinderer itch I've yet to scratch ;))

Yes, welcome to Bladeforums. Prepare to open your mind and empty your wallet!

You've dropped money on a Sebenza and a Star Tac, it's time for a custom. Look at Matt Bailey, Alan Davis, and Brian Tighe.

Stuff_things. The Mnandi looks interesting, don't think I've ever seen one in person.

4mer_FMF, good question the Wilson Combat Startac is hard to beat in my opinion. Awesome blade, cuts well, built well, looks the part.

The Hinderer Skinner is right up there too.

Welcome to the forum! That is a wonderful collection; we have similar tastes lol

K.O.D. Thanks for the suggestions I'll take a look.

KELAMA, thanks for the welcome, looking forward to being part of the group.

A nice collection for sure. You'll find plenty of inspiration here to expand it.

I finally scratched that itch this week with an MP-1. It's certainly different than a Chris Reeve or even a Zero Tolerance Hinderer but I like it.

Photoman12001 Bueatiful pictures, I was thinking about taking a look at the MP-01 down the line. Is the flipper smooth, I don't see any jimping on it?

The flipper is smooth. It's far from the best flipper I own but still a nice knife overall. I'm glad I went with it as my first Hinderer. Now maybe a Half Track...

I'm sure it'll continue to break-in. My Skinner was super tight when I first got it, but now it flips very easily. Smoothest knife I own.

I'm getting use to the wrist action it takes to open it fully. It's really not much, just takes a bit a practice.
I got some PB washers to try in place of the Teflon ones but I think I'm going to see how it breaks in first.

welcome aboard, tjohnson. that's certainly a sweet collection you have. anyway, you will sure enjoy the forum, good advice, good members. enjoy the company. best regards.
