NEW here looking for opinions on Surival Knife! Looking at these 3

Finally picked up something Busse Meaner Street. Wasn't sure if I should get strip with satin finish. I don't really like coating? Who good to go to get this done?
 
There's a lot of talk about stripping coatings elsewhere in the forums. Most will recommend grabbing some CirtriStrip at your Home Depot. You could peruse through the Tinkering and Embellishment discussions for inspiration on what to do with the blade after you've stripped it. I'm about to try my first clich-style finish on a survival blade.
