I purchased a katana about 15 years ago & have no Idea what I have.
The Tsuba is solid brass & has Iberia & Phillipines engraved in it. The scabbard is wood & the handle is also wood & brass. Seems to have decent steel & holds an edge. Any Ideas?

I may be stating the obvious but just from the information you gave us it's an item made by CAS Iberia (before they were purchased by Hanwei) in the Phillipines. As such it's almost certainly a low end production piece. The brass tsuba also points in that direction.
