New here..need some help/ideas..

ok so here it goes...Caprocker here(john)..i live in north texas. I have recently joined this forum because i need some help from you guys on a matter of utmost importance. I'm not a knife maker..I don't sell knives..I have however been cultivating an idea for a blade that I need for my job(10 years in the making). I built said blade on my grinding wheel last week. I sculpted this blade off of a cheap chinese folding keychain knife. Its perfect size for what i need it for. I have known that this blade would be perfect for what im doing with it. Furthermore its one of a kind and could quite possibly be an enormous seller within my market. I don't have a clue what to do. Can blade patterns be patented? Will builders produce the blade for me? i need ideas.
