New here!

Welcome to the asylum. Thanks for sharing.

Nice choice, welcome to the madness!
ETA- What was in the other Ka-Bar box in the background if you don't mind me asking?

Welcome aboard. We are a down to earth bunch here. And by "down to earth" I mean passed out on the ground.

yer not allowed to mod it for 3 months, while you use it and figure it out :)

Thanks! No mods for now - I kinda like it in factory form. Well maybe the blade tech tek-lok on the sheath.

The box in the background is actually the out sleeve for the box the knife came in.

Welcome! Enjoy the knife in stock form for a while, then you can join the modding fun. Mine currently looks like this:

Hey man, welcome to hell :D...

I think alot of people already have mod ideas before they get the knife. I already had a couple pages of drawings on what I was gonna do before I got my Remora and 14.

I hope you plan on putting that on a pistol belt, or any belt not holding your pants up. Do you plan on putting the tek-lok on for a vertical hip carry or a horizontal scout carry?

Edit: Or canted for cross-draw?

The BK-2 weighs enough to pull your pants to your ankles.
Oh, I thought it had something to do with the tek-lok ;)

I have Wilderness Tactical instructors belts - They work well with my holstered pistols, as well as hold my pants up. Should be no problem for this knife. ;)

No, my question about the carry positions was about the tek-lok. Speaking of, you never answered that question. So how do you plan on carrying the beast? Other than with a tek-lok.

Vertical carry on the belt, When do carry it - probably only hunting. If I need to bring it somewhere, i'll just put it in a bag.
