Hello everybody
I am pretty excited to introduce some new models from the MC Cognet (famous for manufacturing the Douk Douk!)
The Thiers arrives in blond horn, juniper and pistachio.

The link with the Douk Douk is obvious but in a modern stainless steel, more elegant style and with excellent action and finish.
The Thiers also arrives in a more modern and impressive carbon Damascus handle.

The Montpellier is now available in a slightly smaller size and in blond horn tip, still with the carbon steel blade and friction folder.

And finally, the Capucin arrives on the website. One of the oldest pattern still made. The handle is a single piece of black horn tip, gorgeous, and the blade is a classic carbon steel with its distinctive sage leaf shape.

Go check it on knives-of-france.com
