Hello everybody
Some new inventory is available on the webstore.
The small Thiers is now available in olivewood, pearl, ebony and lemontree.
The handle is slightly under 3in.

The Laguiole arrives in its smaller version, with the blade under 3in.
Available in stainless steel and boxwood handle and two carbon steel, in horn with steel bolsters and ebony with brass bolsters.

The gutter (gouttiere) arrives on the site. A traditional sheepsfoot worker’s knife with its typical bolster (hence the name) and a horn handle.

The violin now available in carbon steel with a horn handle.

The palm knife by Le Sabot, traditional ratchet lock knife with a lot of history (go check the blog!)

And finally, back in stock, is the barrel with 4 blades.

Go check it on knives-of-france.com
