New Instruction Videos

Thanks, Mark. I'm not really sure what the cutting boards are made of, but it's Poly-something, and it came from a restaurant supply house. A good place to start a search would be Meat Market, Butcher Shop type places and find out where they get their cutting boards.. The big cutting table is 1/2 of a 4X8 sheet of the stuff that I did get at a restaurant supply store several years ago.

Heck Paul, there's a ton of new technique information just in the youtube teaser videos I've watched (about a dozen times :p). One particular one was the way you sew in the liner. I've been doing it differently and tried your method tonight and I have to say I prefer your way.

Don't misunderstand this but I'm pretty sure that there is more in these that is helpful than you may even realize.
