Hey!
New inventory available!
The Laguiole in its original form: the straight Laguiole!
All carbon steel with a strong punch, granadilla sides and copper bolster… a patina star!
The back spring is forged, polished and with a smooth “mouche” and lanyard hole in the pure original tradition of the straight Laguiole.

The Rouennais arrives in ebony shadow pattern.
A classic knife from Normandy

The Donjon is now available in horn, still with its carbon steel massive sheepsfoot blade.

A stainless steel version of the Laguiole with handfiled backspring and paolo santo sides.

The Barrel with its massive bolsters and sturdy sheepsfoot blade, all in carbon steel with blond horn handle.

For those who like compact knives: the Thiers in lemon tree wood, less than 3in once folded!

And finally the Galeam arrives now in a slipjoint with halfstop, handfiled backspring, black horn handle and still a blade from the NOS stock of blades from the 1930’s!! (carbon steel of course)

I hope you will enjoy those.
