I was roaming through the kitchen gadgets at a local store while the wife shopped. I noticed a silicone egg poacher on sale shaped like a half an egg shell with feet and a little silicone bail . Looked like something I could use so I brought it home and let the trials begain
. First thing I tried , 3 spoons self rising flour spoon of brown sugar spoon full of powdered milk in a zip lock fill my tea kettle 1/2 full and started it heating while I added water to my bread mix put mix in the poacher and floated it on top of the water turned the stove down to a simmer and put the lid on. After 15 minutes I fished out the egg cup used the water for tea and looked at my bread the top did have a thin layer that was a little sticky but it was less than an 1/8th and really didn't take away from a sweet bread . The bread was done all the way through and went well with the tea . I also cooked an egg 10 minutes cooked it semi hard added to a flour tortilla with a strip of precooked beacon breakfast and tea
