New Kitchen Knife = Mater

Count me in on a passaround too, please. My sister is a chef and doesn't live too far away, so I'll just tell her to haul her rearend on down when it comes to see if she'd like one (not to mention I'll get to eat whatever she makes when she's here ;) ).

The knife is almost ready for heat-treat. However, since I send these to Paul Bos (S30V)...it will be a few weeks before it's ready.

I see you started another thread for a mater pass around. Did this old list/thread die when you started the new one? I have been looking forward to this pass around for nearly a year now...but it seems I may have missed my chance?
