Matt Diskins Vulcan is going to be a kizer Toro; cant wait for this one.s35vn with grooved ti scales. Didn't see that one coming.Nice way to start the new year

Wow, for real? Been wanting a Diskin Volcan for a long time but never felt like paying $600+ for one. Exciting.
 
Max Factor, my thoughts exactly. although there was one on the exchange a few weeks ago for 400 but it was gone in seconds. This is huge !

That is a very attractive knife. I can dig it, and I might have to get one.
 
On second glance it looks like Kizer included the double detent found on the Volcan. Even more psyched.

Also looks like a prime candidate for some custom anodizing.

I actually have a Diskin flipper that I like a lot, but I personally consider it pretty expensive to actually use. It would be nice to have a Diskin design that I would not worry so much about actually using.
 
Just saw 3.9" blade. That's way less cool. I am not far, far less interested. I don't see the reason for a folder over 3.5".
 
I can reiterate a lot of what has already been said as I too love the Volcan design but can't shell out the 600. Will definitely be picking one these up now though. And yes it is a bigger blade but you might like it/have it be your weekend carry? Maybe? Haha. I'm psyched, anyone know the drop date for this one?
