Should I redo the wrap?

It looks ok but next time you should wipe more of the epoxy off. It looks like there is a lot caked on it. After I let the epoxy soak in the fibers, I take a rag and wipe all the standing glue off the surface. Just my 2 cents.
 
That's why I was thinking I should do it over, too much epoxy.
 
Way too much resin.

The wrap should look almost dry, and not at all shiny when you brush it on. Wrap with a lint free cloth or paper towel and squeeze hard. Turn the clot and repeat. Let dry, turning from side to side as it cures. Squeeze/wipe of any drips as needed.

Just for giggles, try sanding down that wrap to make it smooth (tape the blade up right to the wrap). This can look pretty neat. If you don't like the look that way, just cut it off and re-wrap it.
