New knife for me

Gary, I think I knew you from way back? Maybe Tom Andersons Folder in or something? If you need some kitchen knife help, feel free to reach out to me. I have been involved with Japanese kitchen knives for a long time now (over 10 years) and can give you some tips and where to find some awesome inexpensive knives that use really good steel for not a ton of $$$.
