I did notice that other Queen/S&M made knives with a punch use this design as well. It must be a different style punch that they like to use, instead of the more traditional spike style that GEC and others use.

Thanks everyone, I ordered a buffalo horn version also, which I'll post here after I get a nice picture of it.

Neal, I agree, the punch is different than others I've seen, but it still should work as intended.
