I remember when I finally heard why they were called "Buffalo Wings" (originated in Buffalo, NY supposedly). I was like "ahhh, that makes sense, how'd I not put that together". Still ain't figured out "Baby Back Ribs"

The old are dry , tough and stringy .

The young are juicy and tender .

First I have heard of "Buffalo girls" but I can see why they would get more attention (from some) than Buffalo Folders and Buffalo Wings combined
