It's hard to find a modern production knife with ATS 34 Blade and a Saber Grind. This Schatt & Morgan File and Wire Series 3 filled the bill.

Very nice indeed. I've been looking at S&M knives. One that caught my eye is the railsplitter. That handle looks similar to those, is it a single bladed railsplitter?

Looks like a gunstock if I'm not mistaken.

Elliott you are right it is a single bladed 3 1/2" Gunstock.
