I am looking at purchasing a new knife to add to the collection. I have been looking at the ZT 0566, the Gayle Bradley (probably the 2), and the benchmade 940 or 950. I was wondering. How is the weight on the 566. I had a 0350 for a while but the size to weight ratio just didn't cut it for me. My budget right now is around $150. Let me know what you guys think. The knife I currently own and love are:

- Spyderco PM2
- Spyderco Delica 4
- Spyderco Manix 2
- Benchmade Griptilian
- Kershaw Leek
- Kershaw Blur
- Kershaw Skyline
- Spyderco Dragonfly (vg10 and salt)

I am just looking for a slightly higher end knife. I like steel with good corrosion resistence and ease of sharpening is a plus. I like g10 handle material but any grippy robust material is good.

Just a collection piece or is it gonna be used for something? If it is, what for?

Always a right tool for the job. lol

It would be for EDC. I like to use not abuse my knives. However, I want them to be able to handle whatever cutting tasks I may encounter.

Spyderco Manix 2, they are addicting though:

Yeah I have two PM2 (both in s30v). I want to get a military at some point but am worried that it will be to big for me (the PM2 is a great size whereas the Endura feels a little large).

Kind of a impulse decision on my part. I just pre-ordered the GB2. I have heard so many good things about this knife and figured I might as well get my name in before the price rockets :)

Great choice.
M4 is a little finicky being semi-stainless and I like a patina but a little oil goes a long way if you don't.

cold steel american lawman. cts-xhp is one of the best imho. if that doesn't suit your taste go with a kizer splinter
