Finished (almost) this knife today. The blade was forged from 1050, ground, and bevels draw filed. Nickel silver bolsters, and cocobolo handles. Took me about 10 hours up to this point. Still have a little detailing to do.
Jacob, this is the blade I was working on the last time you called me.

Thank you for looking!

DAve, how did you k now i was gonna look? HEHEHEHEHE!!!! beautiful knife man. im also curious if the "B" is supposed to be there.

lol. I didn't even notice it. No, it's two small knots in the wood grain. It sure does look like a B though. How cool is that?

Thanks for the comments.

B for Brown: Looks good ----------------------:o

I was thinking B for Bowen... :)
I need to learn to photograph hamon. These pictures don't capture it very well.

Edit; worked on the blade a little more. I think the hamon looks better now. Also changed lighting for the picture.
Any comments or criticism welcomed. :)

Wow! I like it when things are wicked and beautiful at the same time. It looks like it balances real nice and would be very quick in hand.

The more I look at that knife, the more I think it knows what it needs to do before you do.

Looks like the balance would be awesome.
