I recently picked up a Scrap Yard "street scrapper 4" for a utility/hunting/camping/survival knife. So far I really like this knife. The design and size are perfect for what I want to use it for. The knife fits in my hand well, and it seems to be really well built. Its too soon to give a report on the INFI steel, but if its half as good as people say it is I am sure I won't be disappointed.

The knife did not come with a sheath, so I had a Scrap Yard Knives forum member by the name of rainwalker make me a nice kydex sheath. It fits the knife perfect and was exactly what I was looking for as far as design.

Here are some pics:

Congrats on the awesome blade! I'm sure you won't be disappointed with the INFI steel:thumbup:

Can't wait to see some action shots..:D :D

Any action shots with the new knife ?:) :) :)

I didnt want to hear that:(
I guess this is another knife that my hands are too big for then.

No, none yet. Maybe soon!

The grip is pretty good sized. I heard from a few people when doing my research that they had big hands and liked how it fit, so you might want to ask around. I am just used to things being to big for my hands, and have grown accustomed to it.

I have an SS4 and biggish hands: Benchmades always seem on the small side for me. The SS4 fits great, the handle is long enough to extend at the rear which is hooked around slightly so the more pressure you apply the more secure it feels. Plus a lot of the time I like to shift my grip forward to choke it up with the forefinger in the choil and in this mode there's about an inch and a half of handle protuding at the rear!

Great knife bro !!!
I have one but don't want to get it dirty !!!!:(

But are your hands XXXL? ( no shitting you, the tag in my hatch gloves says XXXL, my work gloves say size 14)
Thats the problem with ordering high end knives online, you never know how they fit until they arrive.
If anyone around Edmonton has an SS4 that wouldnt mind me taking a look at it can you please email me?
BTW contradulations on a great knife, it looks like a great user for sure.
