New knife

I already have the Tenacious. What steels does the blur come in, and i realy like spyderco and thats why im looking at them the most.

They did come in 440a (No idea why)
Now the base is 13C26 roughly $50
Middle is s30v 70ish
top is ZDP-189 $65 for blem or around $85 for non blem.

I love Spyderco's as well, but sometimes you need to try other brands. My first 5 knives were spydercos then I got a couple BM's and Kershaws and I like them all in their own way. In all honestly I look at Kershaw as a nice mid level knife for the price, Spydies are better fit and finish and you pay a little more for that and BM's are kinda on the higher end and a lower value, the fit an finish on BM's are great I just wish they used more premium steels in more of their blades. I really don't think you should be getting 154cm steel in a $100+ knife IMO.

Cold Steel triad lock knives are great if you want something really tough. I also really like Kershaw. I have an S60V blur that I beat the crap out of for about a year, no blade plan and I've only had to sharpen it once so far.

Buck 110. Wal Mart has 'em for under $30, so you can still buy somethin' else. I'd hit the Halloween candy aisle with the extra, but that's just me.

For the endura which is better the full flat ground or the one where it starts half down the blade.

The full flat is better for the sort of EDC use you alluded to. It is lighter, it slices better. If you anticipate high lateral loads, then the saber grind that starts halfway down the side of the blade would be better for you.

The Delica at <3" blade is legal in more places than the Endura and plenty of knife for my EDC uses. I even used my FFG Delica 4 to cut a 32 gallon trash can in half while wearing a suit, and it was pretty easy.

Cold Steel American Lawman can be found on ebay for less than $60.

You suggest a knife made for hard use with a steel not known for having the greatest edge holding for a task that isn't hard use and requires good edge holding.

I'm not putting down the American Lawman. Every knife has its place, but I don't really see cutting apart boxes as its purpose.

For box cutting, ideally I'd want a good steel and a full flat ground blade. The FFG Delica and Endura suggested are both good suggestions right in your price range.
