You're making me jealous, man. I'd love to be rocking a garden like that up here in H-Town... but alas, no space.

My family own some serious farmland up west of Waco which I often pondered starting up a huge plot like that on, but it's not quite as trafficked as it used to be and droughts are frequent. They would be doomed from the get-go. :(

I guess I'll just have to suffice with my few habeneros, jalapenos and rosemary. :p
