New Knifemaking Class

This would be a great class. So very far away... sigh. :(

Come on - that's why God invented airplanes! Besides, when you leave, you spend a day in Boston, see the shop of Paul Revere, walk on board the USS Constitution, See Fenway Park... now how is that not worth the trip?

Will you remember a week of work 20 years from now? :D

Wow this is awesome. I live 15 minutes away. That is a beautiful knife. What kind of steel is used? I hope I can make it.

I'm pretty sure it wasn't God that invented airplanes.

All of the patenting I found in my searches point to Vishnu. Please try to keep your facts straight, Burt.

Saving my shekels to attend this. Sounds to me like a better method of learning for me than the usual formats!

The idea of learning to make a knife using primarily hand tools is something I find extremely appealing.

BTW - Burt - that fighter is seriously cool - you need to make that a somewhat regular model.

It was an accident. Thumb healed up quick, as the cut was clean from such a sharp edge. The booboo toe, on the other hand, looks nasty still...

Good times.

Going to call and see what's needed for registration tomorrow. I don't think I'm willing to miss this...

Paul, you should meet me up there!

Rog, wanna carpool? ; )

Man, this sounds like an amazing time, and just up my alley. I was hoping to make it work. I'm going to be in the New England area with time to kill, through the first four days of this class. I have to report to work on the fifth day :(

Best wishes to the lucky classmates that make it in for this one, wish I could join you. Burt, please keep us posted for future opportunities.
