So I went to Menards a hardware store here in the midwest to get some fatwood (yeh i know) i havent been able to find any in the area so i just broke down and bought some. Pluss i love the smell and it seems to keep the skeeters away.

Thanks for sharing. I love the handle on the knife, looks like it would be comfortable to hold.

How long does the fire starter burn, exactly? Did you get a time on it, other than long enough to get the fatwood going?

no sorry it probably burns for at least 5 minutes. ill try some of it on its own. it was hard to tell since the wood caught so quickly

Man, that JK is sharp (pun intended)! I love the handle shape. It reminds me of the NWA Sierra Scout people have been posting pics of. Awesome.

just looked at the picture and it says up to 10 min on the box

I also get fatwood from Menards...4lb bag for $4! It would cost more in gas to go out and find my own. I've seen it online 1lb bag for $3...I'll stick with Menards.
Nice pics and knives!
Good looking homebrew also, I'm brewing a Porter and a Amber Ale this weekend. My Red Ale is still my favorite.

nice pics.. thanks for sharing...:) that enzo knife came out great... nice work... i really like the that JK anniversary knife too...
