New Knives worth collecting?

Some sprint run Spydercos seem to increase in value. The S90V Manix 2 for example. Perhaps I should sell mine...
 
I tend to buy seconds of designs that I really like and keep them NIB. So far, the knives that I have targeted, have outperformed the equities market where appreciation is concerned. However, not in my wildest dreams would I consider collecting to generate a revenue stream. Any profits I make just get turned into more knives. :)
