I just had Ray make this for me. It is essentially a modification of the HWK. 1/8" O1 blade, 4" long. The handle is narra wood that I brought back from the Philippines (it came from a board that my wife's cousin was using to block a gap at the bottom of his back door).

This will be my backpacking blade from now on. Ray does great work!

That's a sweet looking knife! Ray does do nice work. I need to get one. You're not too bad at picking out handles either. That's a really nice handle.

Great looking knife. The wood is very nice, has some nice grain and color to it, but it isn't so showy as to be gaudy and make the knife look silly. Seems to fit the Laconico style very nicely.

very nice,,mr. Laconico makes some pretty great looking knives

oooh man... that thing is a beauty.... i love those scales...

i really like those HWK's...:o i definately need to get one of those in the 09'...:D

NOICE!:D

Does it have one single edge?
Or is there a secondary that I can't see?

Sweet! I have to get one of the Laconico and NWA knife someday.

I like where you got the wood, haha.

There's no denying it...that's a sweet looking knife. What is the wait time for a Laconico these days?

Great looking knife. Ray really pays attention to details. The sheath color compliments the knife. On mine he made it a dark chocolate brown to match the Cocobolo.

That is one beautiful knife.

I love the Narra scales. I've got a few boards of the stuff and it's one of those woods that isn't flashy, but has some real warmth and depth. It's related to Padauk by the way.

Great knife !!!!!

The wood handle looks really good!

I'm not huge fan of hollow pins, but it looks great on that knife!

Congrats
