That's so cool you ordered this knife from www.cutlerytogo.com. This is my favorite and most unusual Laguiole knife. It is so much grace and beauty for for around $100. I'm very pleased with this. As you are.

True story: the first time I found that site, I was browsing after hours at work. Around 7:00pm. Later, I got a frantic phone call from my wife who was extremely concerned at my whereabouts. I told her I was online looking over some beautiful knives. What time is it?? "IT'S 10:45pm!!!" Wow!! I had NO idea, I was so engaged!

I own a G. David, it's simular as Lagiole.
They're look small, but are GREAT knives.
